Aggeus Foundation (a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit) was formed by a group of physicians to complement Aggeus Healthcare PC. We are a support network for the long term care community residing in nursing homes, assisting living facilities and retirement homes who can’t afford to pay for their medical needs. Our focus now is to provide Diabetic Shoes for those in need and can’t afford it.
Our doctors at Aggeus Healthcare PC provide a comprehensive set of medical services to a retirement community of more the 100,000 people in 15 states… A good percentage of our patients have no insurance coverage and/or no financial resources to get their most needed diabetic shoes. The importance and impact of Diabetic footwear cannot be ignored because they save people their legs, being the only AMPUTATION PREVENTION measure!
